Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation is a New York Stock Exchange-listed common stock issuer in the materials sector, with operations in metals and mining. Through its subsidiaries, the company manufactures and sells specialty metal products and customized equipment to commercial and industrial customers around the world. Its business is organized into two segments: Forged and Cast Engineered Products and Air and Liquid Processing. The Forged and Cast Engineered Products segment supplies forged and cast rolls and other engineered products used in steel, aluminum, and related rolling applications. The Air and Liquid Processing segment produces heat exchange coils, air handling systems, and centrifugal pumps used in a range of industrial and infrastructure settings. Founded in 1929, the company is headquartered in Carnegie, Pennsylvania.
