Reed's, Inc. is a U.S.-listed consumer staples company whose common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol REED. The company makes and distributes natural beverages across the United States and several international markets, including Canada, the United Kingdom, South Africa, the Caribbean, the European Union, and Asia-Pacific. Its portfolio includes Reed's craft ginger beer and ginger ales, as well as products sold under the Virgil's and Flying Cauldron brand names. Reed's supplies a range of retail and foodservice channels, such as grocery chains, natural food and gourmet stores, mass merchants, club stores, convenience and drug stores, liquor stores, industrial cafeterias, bars, and restaurants, and also sells directly to consumers online. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut, the company was previously known as Original Beverage Corporation before adopting its current name in 2001.
