Through its subsidiaries, the company markets replacement and hard parts, including items such as body panels, lighting components, cooling parts, mirrors, engine and chassis components, drivetrain and suspension parts, braking and electrical products, as well as related accessories. Its products are distributed through direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels, online marketplaces, specialty retailers, wholesale distributors, and physical stores. The company operates under brands including Carparts.com, Kool-Vue, JC Whitney, Evan Fischer, SureStop, TrueDrive, DriveWire, and DriveMotive. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Long Beach, California, it previously operated as U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. before adopting the CarParts.com name in July 2020.
