Charles Schwab Corp is a U.S.-based financial services company organized as a savings and loan holding company and listed as common stock on the NYSE. Through its subsidiaries, the company provides wealth management, brokerage, banking, custody, asset management, and financial advisory services in the United States and internationally. Its operations are reported in two segments: Investor Services and Advisor Services.

The company’s brokerage and trading platform includes equity and fixed income trading, margin lending, options, futures, forex, and cash management features. It also provides access to third-party mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and mutual fund clearing services. In addition, Schwab offers advisory solutions for managed portfolios, separately managed accounts, and personalized planning services, along with banking products such as checking and savings accounts, mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, and pledged asset lines. Other services include trust custody, retirement plan support, equity compensation recordkeeping, research tools, digital platforms, and branch-based client support.
