Climb Global Solutions, Inc. is a U.S.-listed common stock on NASDAQ tied to an information technology distribution and solutions business. The company serves markets in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom through two operating segments: Distribution and Solutions. Under Climb Channel Solutions, it distributes specialized software to corporate resellers, consultants, and systems integrators. Through Grey Matter, it provides cloud-related solutions and resells software, hardware, and related services. Climb Global Solutions also sells third-party computer software and hardware and provides technical services to end users. Its product and service portfolio includes offerings in virtualization, cloud computing, security, networking, storage, infrastructure management, and application lifecycle management. The company, formerly known as Wayside Technology Group, adopted its current name in October 2022 and was incorporated in 1982. It is headquartered in Eatontown, New Jersey.
