CNB Financial Corporation is a bank holding company headquartered in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, and founded in 1865. Through its banking subsidiary, CNB Bank, the company serves individual, business, governmental, and institutional clients with a range of deposit and lending products. Its deposit offerings include checking, savings, and time deposit accounts, while lending activities cover real estate, commercial, industrial, residential, and consumer loans, along with other specialized financing arrangements. CNB Financial also provides private banking, wealth and asset management, trust and estate administration, retirement plan services, and related employee benefit plan administration. In addition, it invests in debt and equity securities, distributes nonproprietary annuities and other insurance products, and provides small balance unsecured loans, secured loans backed primarily by automobiles and equipment, and consumer discount loan and finance services.
