Deere & Company is a U.S.-based industrial company listed on the NYSE under the ticker DE. It manufactures and distributes equipment used in agriculture, construction, forestry, and turf maintenance across global markets. The company operates through four segments. Its Production and Precision Agriculture unit includes tractors, harvesters, cotton and sugarcane machinery, and crop application equipment. The Small Agriculture and Turf segment covers compact and utility tractors, forage harvesters, mowers, utility vehicles, and related turf-care equipment. Construction and Forestry provides equipment such as loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, dump trucks, and road-building machinery. Deere’s Financial Services segment supports sales and leasing of equipment, dealer wholesale financing, extended warranties, and retail revolving charge accounts. Founded in 1837, the company is headquartered in Moline, Illinois.
