The Software segment supplies configurable analytic and decision management solutions for functions such as account origination, customer management, customer engagement, fraud detection, and marketing, together with related professional services. FICO also develops a modular platform and a range of analytic, decisioning, and implementation products used in different business applications. The company sells its products and services through direct sales, indirect channels, and online.
