Home BancShares, Inc. is a financial holding company headquartered in Conway, Arkansas, and the parent of Centennial Bank. Through its banking operations in the United States, the company provides commercial and retail banking services to businesses, real estate developers and investors, individuals, and municipalities. Its product set includes deposit accounts such as checking, savings, money market, and certificates of deposit, along with a range of lending activities covering commercial and industrial loans, consumer credit, agricultural lending, residential mortgages, and real estate and construction-related financing. The company also provides online and mobile banking, cash management, overdraft protection, direct deposit, account transfer services, safe deposit boxes, and services related to U.S. savings bonds. In addition, it offers trust, wealth management, custodial, escrow, and paying agent services, and writes commercial and personal insurance policies spanning property, casualty, life, health, and employee benefits. Home BancShares traces its roots to 1903 and operates branches in Arkansas, Florida, Texas, South Alabama, and New York City.
