Its services include agency leasing, tenant representation, property management, advisory and consulting, debt advisory, loan sales and servicing, valuation and risk advisory, equity and funds placement, merger and acquisition support, corporate advisory, and investment sales. JLL also provides on-site real estate management, cloud-based software solutions, facilities management, workplace and space planning services, project management, and investment management for institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals. Incorporated in 1997 and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, the company was previously known as LaSalle Partners Incorporated before adopting its current name in 1999.
