KeyCorp is a financial holding company headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, and the parent of KeyBank National Association. Founded in 1849, the company provides retail and commercial banking products and services in the United States. Its operations are organized into Consumer Bank and Commercial Bank segments. KeyCorp offers deposit and investment products, personal finance and financial wellness tools, lending solutions, student loan refinancing, mortgage and home equity lending, credit cards, treasury services, and business advisory services. The company also provides wealth management, investment services, trust and custody services, and access to mutual funds for institutional, non-profit, and high-net-worth clients. On the commercial side, it supplies lending, cash management, equipment financing, commercial mortgage loans, and capital markets services, including underwriting, sales and trading, derivatives, foreign exchange, and advisory work. KeyCorp also provides community development financing, brokerage, investment banking, merchant services, and international banking services.
