KLA Corporation is a NASDAQ-listed common stock issuer headquartered in Milpitas, California. The company develops process control and yield management solutions used in semiconductor and related electronics manufacturing worldwide. Its operations are organized into three segments: Semiconductor Process Control, Specialty Semiconductor Process, and PCB and Component Inspection. KLA’s product range includes inspection and review systems, metrology equipment, chemical process control tools, sensor wafers and reticles, semiconductor software, and wafer processing technologies such as etch, plasma dicing, and deposition. It also supplies inspection, imaging, and metrology solutions for printed circuit boards and advanced semiconductor packaging. Founded in 1975, the company was previously known as KLA-Tencor Corporation and adopted its current name in 2019.
