The company is organized into two segments: Retail Operations and Product Manufacturing. Its retail business includes the sale of new and used boats across a broad range of categories, such as pleasure boats, fishing boats, yachts, sport cruisers, motor yachts, e-power yachts, pontoons, ski boats, jet boats, and mega-yachts. MarineMax also supplies marine parts and accessories, including electronics, dock and anchoring products, boat covers, trailer parts, water sports gear, engine parts, oils, lubricants, steering systems, corrosion-control products, and other boating accessories. In addition, it provides maintenance, repair, slip and storage services, brokerage, yacht charters, boat financing, insurance arrangements, and manufactures sport yachts and yachts. The company also operates MarineMax Vacations in Tortola and the British Virgin Islands and sells through offsite locations and print catalog. Incorporated in 1998, MarineMax is headquartered in Oldsmar, Florida.
