Oil States International Inc. is a Houston-based energy equipment and services company incorporated in 1995 and listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker OIS. Through its subsidiaries, the company supplies engineered capital equipment and consumable products to customers in energy, industrial, and military markets worldwide. Its business is organized into three segments: Completion and Production Services, Downhole Technologies, and Offshore Manufactured Products. These segments support well completion and production, perforation and downhole operations, and offshore infrastructure applications. Oil States also provides specialty welding, fabrication, cladding, machining, offshore installation, inspection, and repair services. Its customer base includes national and independent oil and gas companies, offshore drilling firms, oilfield service providers, and defense and industrial customers.
