Oil-Dri Corporation of America is a Chicago-based company founded in 1941 that develops, manufactures, and markets sorbent products in the United States and international markets. The company operates through two segments: Retail and Wholesale Products Group, and Business to Business Products Group. Its product range includes mineral-based absorbent products used in agricultural and horticultural applications, animal health and nutrition products for livestock, and adsorbent materials used in bleaching, purification, and filtration. Oil-Dri also sells cat litter under brands such as Cat’s Pride, Jonny Cat, Ultra, Litter Pearls, and Saular, along with industrial and automotive sorbents, sports field products, and related materials used in cleanup, maintenance, and turf management applications. Customers include retailers, distributors, industrial users, processors, and agricultural and environmental service companies.
