Urban One, Inc. is a communication services company whose common stock trades on NASDAQ under the symbol UONE. Through its subsidiaries, the company focuses on urban-oriented media in the United States and reports operations across four segments: Radio Broadcasting, Cable Television, Reach Media, and Digital. Its radio business serves primarily African-American and urban audiences, while its cable portfolio includes TV One, an African-American targeted network, and CLEO TV, which features lifestyle and entertainment programming. The Reach Media segment includes syndicated shows such as Get Up! Mornings with Erica Campbell, The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, and The DL Hughley Show, along with BlackAmericaWeb.com and event-related activities.
