It also serves sports, entertainment, and recreational venues with concessions, banquet, catering, retail, lodging, beverage, and vending services, while its correctional operations include food service, commissary, laundry, and property room services. Founded in 1959 and based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the company was previously known as ARAMARK Holdings Corporation.
