The Greentech division develops and operates biomass utilization, hazardous and solid waste treatment, and solar and wind power projects, and also provides environmental remediation services. The Environmental Water division is involved in wastewater, water supply, and reusable water treatment projects, along with related ecological restoration and heat pump projects. The company also carries out environmental technology research, equipment installation, project design, and equipment sales, and it has a manufacturing and municipal waste treatment business. It was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
