Clean Energy Pathways, Inc. is a development-stage company focused on alternative energy and related products. Its work has included efforts to develop fossil fuel replacement solutions using clean-burning biomass fuel, solar photovoltaic panels for electricity generation, and solar thermal applications for water heating in commercial and residential settings. The company has also worked on LED lighting replacements for high-energy incandescent and mercury vapor lighting, as well as carbon-neutral organic fertilizers. Formerly known as XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc., the company adopted the Clean Energy Pathways name in August 2010. Incorporated in 2000, it is based in Buffalo, Wyoming, and its common stock is listed on OTC Markets under the symbol CPWY.
