Engie SA ADR is a depositary receipt representing common stock of Engie SA, an international energy group listed over-the-counter in the United States. The underlying issuer operates across France and multiple regions worldwide, with activities centered on renewables, decentralized energy systems, and low-carbon infrastructure. Its Renewables & Flex Power business includes renewable generation and related financing, construction, operation, and maintenance activities, along with flexible thermal generation, storage facilities, low-carbon hydrogen solutions, and desalination plants. Engie also manages gas and electricity networks, decentralized local energy infrastructure, and energy supply and management services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. In addition, it oversees nuclear power production and related operational and decommissioning responsibilities. Formerly known as GDF SUEZ S.A., the company adopted the Engie SA name in 2015 and is based in La Garenne-Colombes, France.
