Grupo Cibest S.A. is a Colombian financial services group headquartered in Medellín, with operations in Colombia and other international markets. Through its subsidiaries, the group provides a broad range of banking and related services, including deposit accounts, lending, trade finance, mortgages, credit cards, leasing, factoring, foreign exchange, cash management, and treasury-related products. It also offers brokerage, investment advisory, private banking, bancassurance, custody, trust, pension and mutual fund services, as well as digital banking channels and ATM access. The business additionally participates in corporate finance, capital markets, restructuring, and various advisory and technology services. The company was formerly known as Bancolombia S.A. and adopted the Grupo Cibest S.A. name in May 2025. The listed instrument is an ADR linked to the company’s common stock and trades on the NYSE under the symbol CIB.
