Orion S.A. is a Luxembourg-based company whose subsidiaries manufacture and sell carbon black products. The business is organized into two operating segments: Specialty Carbon Black and Rubber Carbon Black. Its specialty portfolio includes post-treated grades used in coatings and printing, high-purity grades for fiber applications, and conductive grades for batteries, polymers, and coatings. The rubber carbon black line includes products for tires, such as high-reinforcing and semi-reinforcing grades sold under the ECORAX brand, as well as materials used in mechanical rubber goods and related applications in automotive production, construction, food, consumer, and medical end markets. Orion operates across the United States, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. The company was founded in 1862 and is headquartered in Senningerberg, Luxembourg. Its common stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol OEC.
