Its operations are organized into two segments: Debit and Credit, and Prepaid Debit.
The Debit and Credit segment manufactures debit and credit cards, including contact, contactless, eco-focused, and magnetic stripe formats, and also provides card services and personalization capabilities. These offerings include instant issuance solutions and digital tools such as mobile wallet push provisioning. The Prepaid Debit segment focuses on integrated card services, including tamper-evident security packaging, and also produces payment cards for use on major payment card networks.
CPI Card Group also offers card data personalization, fulfillment, SaaS-based instant issuance solutions, and its Card@Once platform. The company was incorporated in 2007, was formerly known as CPI Holdings I, Inc., and is headquartered in Littleton, Colorado.
