Eramet SA ADR is a depositary receipt representing common stock of Eramet S.A., a French mining and metals group listed over-the-counter in the United States. Through its operating businesses, the issuer produces and sells manganese and nickel products across Asia, Europe, North America, and other international markets. Its activities include extracting and processing manganese and nickel ores, developing mineral sands, and mining lithium deposits. The company’s product range also covers manganese alloys, ferronickel, nickel pig iron, nickel salts, and related nickel-based materials, as well as mineral sands such as ilmenite, rutile, leucoxene, zircon, and titanium dioxide feedstocks used in industrial applications. Eramet operates the Moanda mine in Gabon, nickel mines in New Caledonia and Indonesia, and a mineral sands mine in Senegal. Incorporated in 1880, the company is headquartered in Paris, France.
