Through subsidiaries, the issuer operates across Australia, Asia, and other international locations. Its business is organized into Mining Services, Iron Ore, Lithium, and Energy and Other segments. The company provides pit-to-ship mining solutions, including open-pit extraction, crushing and materials handling, processing, haulage, port handling, and marine services, along with mineral processing plant design and construction, logistics, equipment manufacturing, site rehabilitation, and engineering services. Mineral Resources also develops and exports iron ore from its Onslow iron project in Western Australia, mines and develops lithium assets in the state, and sells spodumene concentrate and lithium battery chemicals. Additional activities include energy-sector exploration and drilling, manganese and garnet operations, gas production, and power generation from natural gas and LNG, solar, wind, and geothermal sources.
