Alumis Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing therapies for autoimmune disorders. Its pipeline includes envudeucitinib, a TYK2 inhibitor being studied for plaque psoriasis and systemic lupus erythematosus; A-005, a CNS-penetrant allosteric TYK2 inhibitor in Phase 1 for neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases; lonigutamab, a monoclonal antibody targeting IGF-1R for thyroid eye disease; and programs directed at interferon regulatory factor 5 to address immune dysfunction. The company was previously known as Esker Therapeutics, Inc. and adopted the Alumis name in January 2022. Incorporated in 2021, Alumis is headquartered in South San Francisco, California, and its common stock trades on NASDAQ under the symbol ALMS.
