The Health Services segment focuses on pharmacy benefit management and related administrative and clinical services. Its Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness segment sells prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, and consumer health and personal care products, while also supporting pharmacy distribution and services for care facilities. Founded in 1963 and headquartered in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, the company was formerly known as CVS Caremark Corporation before adopting its current name in 2014.
