Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited is a depositary receipt representing the company’s common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CCM. The underlying issuer operates through subsidiaries in China, where it runs radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging centers. Its activities are organized into Network and Hospital segments and include external beam radiotherapy, linear accelerator-based treatments, proton therapy, gamma knife radiosurgery, and imaging services such as PET-CT and MRI. The company also provides clinical support services, including treatment protocol development, joint diagnosis coordination, doctor recruitment and compensation support, as well as radiotherapy and imaging equipment leasing, management services, teleconsultation, medical information technology services, and medical equipment sales. In addition, it operates specialty cancer hospitals that provide radiation, imaging, laboratory, inpatient, and nursing services. Founded in 1997, Concord Medical Services Holdings is headquartered in Beijing, China.
