Through its operating segments, the company serves customers in traditional banking, warehouse lending, tax refund solutions, Republic Payment Solutions, and Republic Credit Solutions. Its activities include retail, commercial, construction, consumer, and aircraft lending; deposit account services; mortgage banking income; debit and credit card interchange fees; title insurance commissions; and swap fee income. The company also provides private banking, lockbox processing, remote deposit capture, online cash management tools, ACH processing, internet banking, and mobile banking services. In addition, it offers mortgage warehouse credit facilities, prepaid and debit solutions, and consumer credit products. Republic Bancorp serves customers through full-service banking centers in Kentucky, Indiana, Florida, Ohio, and Tennessee. Incorporated in 1974 and headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, the company’s common stock is listed on NASDAQ.
