Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. is a biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing therapies for immune-mediated diseases. Its clinical pipeline is led by reproxalap, a reactive aldehyde species (RASP) modulator being evaluated in Phase III trials for dry eye disease and allergic conjunctivitis. The company also is developing ADX-2191, a dihydrofolate reductase inhibitor under study for primary vitreoretinal lymphoma and retinitis pigmentosa. Another program, ADX-629, is an orally administered RASP modulator in Phase 2 trials for COVID-19, atopic asthma, psoriasis, and alcohol intoxication. Aldeyra also maintains preclinical RASP platforms, including ADX 248, ADX 246, and additional novel modulators. Founded in 2004 and formerly known as Aldexa Therapeutics, the company adopted its current name in March 2014 and is based in Lexington, Massachusetts.
