Innate Pharma S.A. is a biotechnology company focused on developing immunotherapies for cancer patients in France and internationally. The listed security is an ADR representing common stock of the company on NASDAQ. The company’s clinical pipeline includes Lacutamab (IPH4102) for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma, and refractory Sézary syndrome; Monalizumab, an immune checkpoint inhibitor being studied in advanced solid tumors such as colorectal, lung, and head and neck cancers; IPH5201, a blocking antibody targeting the CD39 pathway; and IPH5301, an anti-CD73 antibody designed to support antitumor immunity. Additional programs include NK cell engagers such as IPH6401, IPH6101, and IPH62, along with preclinical candidates IPH43, IPH45, and IPH67. Innate Pharma also has collaboration and licensing arrangements with AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk A/S, Sanofi, Orega Biotech, and MedImmune Limited. The company was incorporated in 1999 and is based in Marseille, France.
