Southern California Bancorp, now known as California BanCorp, is the bank holding company for California Bank of Commerce, N.A. The company provides a range of banking and financial products to individuals, professionals, and small and medium-sized businesses in California. Its deposit products include checking, savings, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. Lending activities cover business, consumer, and commercial real estate loans, along with construction and land development financing, commercial and industrial loans, SBA loans, lines of credit, home equity lines of credit, and letters of credit. California BanCorp also offers treasury management, merchant services, escrow and sub-accounting solutions, cash vault and sweep accounts, remote deposit capture, online and mobile banking, ACH origination, courier, and lockbox processing services. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in San Diego, California, the company serves a broad client base that includes businesses, business owners, trusts, associations, governmental authorities, and organizations across several sectors.
