Curtiss-Wright Corporation is a U.S.-based industrial company listed on the NYSE under the ticker CW. Through its subsidiaries, the company develops engineered products, solutions, and services for aerospace and defense, commercial nuclear power, process, and industrial markets around the world. Its operations are organized into three segments: Aerospace & Industrial, Defense Electronics, and Naval & Power. The Aerospace & Industrial segment includes power management electronics, traction inverters, transmission shifters, control systems, sensor and actuation products, and surface technology services. Defense Electronics focuses on embedded computing modules, data acquisition and flight test equipment, integrated subsystems, tactical communications, and related electronics systems. Naval & Power provides products and services for nuclear and naval applications, including pumps, motors, generators, valves, reactor technologies, severe-service valve technologies, repair services, and ship maintenance for the U.S. Navy. The company was incorporated in 1929 and is headquartered in Davidson, North Carolina.
