The company’s principal asset is a 3% to 5% net smelter return royalty on the Canadian Malartic complex in Canada. Beyond its royalty interests, OR Royalties also participates in the exploration, evaluation, and development of mining properties, with exposure to gold, silver, copper, diamond, and other minerals. Founded in 2014, the company adopted its current name in May 2025; it was previously known as Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd.
