Phillips 66 is a U.S.-listed common stock of Phillips 66, an integrated downstream energy company with operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and other international markets. The company is organized into five reporting segments: Midstream, Chemicals, Refining, Marketing and Specialties, and Renewable Fuels. Its Midstream activities include transportation, terminaling, storage, gathering, processing, fractionation, and marketing services for crude oil, refined products, natural gas, and natural gas liquids. The Chemicals segment produces and sells olefins, aromatics, styrenics, and other specialty chemical products. Refining turns crude oil and other feedstocks into petroleum products, including gasoline, distillates, and aviation fuels. The Marketing and Specialties segment resells refined products and manufactures lubricants and base oils, while the Renewable Fuels segment processes renewable feedstocks into renewable diesel, renewable jet fuel, and sustainable aviation fuel. Phillips 66 was founded in 1875 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
